MEET RICHIE BANDOY Richie Bandoy was born in Manhattan New York but moved to Buena Park California at a very young age. He is currently 23 years old. Richie began his dancing career by taking Team Millenia's Summer Intensive Program in 2005. (TMSI2) So inspired by the many amazing dancers in the community, he decided to take his dancing career to the next level and joined a collegiate dance team from Cal Poly Pomona called GRV in 2007. He has been in several projects including HEROES which is SHEROES (all female crew) but with guy dancers and The Minorities, which was the Mass' clothing line's official dance team in which he directed for Ultimate Brawl 8. Currently he dances for Boxcuttuhz under the direction of well known choreographer/dancer Lando Wilkins and Lifted Culture which is the crew he directs. Also teaches weekly classes at Quest Studio (The home studio where Quest Crew practices) Throughout his career he was fortunate enough to train under David Lim (Director of GRV), Bam Martin (ABDC's Boxcuttuhz), Jawn Ha (GRV), Lando Wilkins (ABDC's Boxcuttuhz), Moon (Marvelous Motion), and Pacman (SYTYCD). "I love dancing because of the part it plays in my life. The passion and the end result of the hard work that was put into making or practicing a piece. It's kind of like training a pokemon. They're not good at first but once they evolve they're unbeatable. =) Not too many dancers dance for the right reasons. Ever since ABDC and SYTYCD came out, the 'hype' for dancing ...
